I am a successful manager and an innovative thinker. I focus on developing key operational initiatives aimed at building productive relationships within innovative projects. I have been active in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years, and in 2014, I founded and became the owner of Falkem Swiss Sagl, based in Chiasso. I am passionate about my work, possess strong organizational skills, and support strategic business objectives in various countries around the world. My approach is geared toward promoting progress and implementing positive changes to achieve growth, even under challenging conditions.
I effectively manage staff and resources to balance financial and operational responsibilities. In 2022, I co-founded the association "WIDE" with Alessia Coldesina, with the aim of bringing dance, folklore, and technology into dialogue with education.
